Fix iertutil.dll errors – Unable to locate component

Many of our clients have recently been experiencing an error where Windows shows up a message saying something like Explorer.EXE – Unable To Locate Component : This application has failed to start because iertutil.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem. or ordinal 166 could not be located in the dynamic link library iertutil.dll. We have a few different things for you to try and fix the problem.
